
Grandma's Oriental Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
Veggies for filling: grated carrots, sliced radishes, julienned cucumber (could also use shredded cabbage, zucchini, green peppers etc.)
Directions: Brown turkey in oil. Add garlic and ginger. Saute. Add terriyaki sauce after about 10 minutes. Arrange veggies around platter with turkey in the center. Rinse and dry boston lettuce. (Could also use swiss chard or other large leaf vegetable which is fairly pliable.) Place veggies and turkey on lettuce leaf, roll and dip in Hoisin sauce. ENJOY!
