Grandma's Tasty & Healthy Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 lb. asparagus trimmed and cut at an angle in one inch pieces
- 1 bundle green onions (or sweet onion, chopped) cut at an angle in one inch pieces
- a hand full of snow peas
- hand full of baby spinach
- two garlic cloves finely chopped
Directions:
Stir fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes; add the juice of 1/2 fresh lemon. Enjoy! I also add zucchini sometimes. Love it!
